HELP US HONOR OUR NATION’S HEROES! Nominate a living Purple Heart recipient for the 2026 Purple Heart Patriot Project Mission by completing the form below. Be sure to include two to three paragraphs (up to 350 words) detailing the nominee’s story of service and their post-service life (career, volunteer work, family life, civic organization engagement, awards/citations, etc.). Nominations will be accepted through Friday, September 26, 2025.* A panel of Purple Heart recipients and other distinguished Americans will review the honorees from each state and select the members of 2026 Purple Heart Patriot Project Mission. Honorees will be announced on Veterans Day - November 11, 2025. The 2026 Purple Heart Patriot Project Mission is scheduled for the week of April 27, 2026.
